DAY 27 | Use Less Water When Cooking

Today’s change is about saving water. Sometimes we overdo it in the kitchen. For example, we fill up a whole pot for a handful of pasta.

But really you could use way less water to cook pasta. The boxed instructions are lying to us!

So when I’m cooking, I’m going to strive to use the EXACT amount that I need. I’m also going to be using less water than I feel is necessary and only add ore as needed.

Also, I want to mention that soup is another ballgame since the excess liquids can be consumed. 🙂
