DAY 121 | Eating Out with Conditions

Today’s change involves eating out. I will only eat out if I can maintain zero waste standards.

For instance, if the restaurant only serves food in plastic or styrofoam, it’s going to be a no go. It the food comes in materials I can’t take home and recycle, I can’t choose that place.

This doesn’t leave many options, but it still leaves a lot.

For instance, dine-in restaurants serve food in reusable dishware anyway, so that’s fine. Fast food joints serve burgers wrapped in paper and fries in cardboard. That’s doable.
